Reminiscient of a charming, single-story resort, Astoria Gardens is located in a residential neighborhood on the corner of Lowell and Corral Hollow in Tracy. Cheerful and bright indoors, the surrounding grounds are filled with intimate courtyards, lush gardens and walking paths.
Astoria Gardens is comprised of three separate, specially designed and staffed neighborhoods. A clocktower marks the main building, home to Astoria Place for assisted living and The Gardens for Alzheimer's and memory care. The Villa is Astoria Gardens' more private neighborhood, housed in its own beautiful building. In each neighborhood, services and features are carefully planned to match the particular needs of its residents.
Astoria Place is the perfect choice for those looking for help with the activities of daily life. From everyday chores to personal care, attentive staff provide individualized assistance with warmth, respect, and genuine affection.
Through its spacious entry, you'll find residents enjoying the sounds of a baby grand piano, watching bright fish in our ten foot saltwater feature, or chatting over coffee at the soda fountain.
Natural light filters down from the high clerestory windows in the dining room, and down the hall there's a special play room for visiting children. Other features include a cozy fireplace lounge, inviting and friendly common areas, and comfortable personal rooms.
In the courtyard there are well-tended flowerbeds, strolling paths, a gazebo, fountain, and even a putting green.

The Gardens offers specialized care for those with progressive memory loss. To maximize comfort and individual attention, The Gardens is divided into two smaller areas of suites, each with its own living and dining rooms.

The Villa offers personalized memory care in our most private and intimate setting. A stand-alone residence of just ten suites, The Villa provides a truly home-like environment. A higher staff-to-resident ratio and dedicated Personal Attendant Teams provide the ultimate in individualized attention.
There are two dining rooms, one for each side of five suites, where freshly prepared meals are served family style.
The Villa also features an open gourmet kitchen, beautiful living areas, a library, fireplace, and wonderful gardens and courtyards for the exclusive use of Villa residents and their families and guests.
